Feature projectNEXT Careers is the primary hiring platform for one of the UK's largest retailers, advertising 500+ live roles. I was front-end lead on the build — architecting the platform from scratch, building the majority of the front end single-handedly, and onboarding and training a developer new to both Payload CMS and component libraries.
